Saints Southwest Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a generous return policy.

Items eligible for return:

• You can return most new, unused items sold by Saints Southwest within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items not eligible for return:

• Used items
• Items without tags attached
• Items damaged after purchase

How to return an item:

• Please contact Saints Southwest customer service by email at team@saintssouthwest.co.uk.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of your packing slip.
• Ship the item back to Saints Southwest at the following address:

Return shipping costs:

• You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
