A new set of Saints Southwest wheels has hit the road this month after we expanded our fleet of vehicles.
Just like our first van in Somerset, the new Devon van has already been out and about at our community sessions, training nights and Academy matches across the county and beyond.
Saints Southwest director Mark Titchard said: “I am delighted that we have been able to roll out a second van in the Devon area.
“As we have seen with the Somerset vehicle, there are so many benefits to having various modes of transport available to our employees.
“Both vans have been professionally wrapped in our distinctive colours, giving us an enhanced community presence wherever we take them.
“They also allow us to transport more equipment to our sessions across the South West, meaning we can provide even more for our players and attendees.
“In the long term, another van also means we will be able to put on more roadshows in rural areas – so keep an eye on our social media platforms for more information on those.
“It is also a small step in terms of reducing our carbon footprint, as the vans allow us to transport more coaches and equipment in one go.
“Please do look out for our vans when you’re out and about – and make sure you give our coaches a friendly wave if you see them!”
