As a Community Interest Company, Saints Southwest are always willing to take on yearly challenges to raise money for their chosen charity (chosen annually), from football matches, biking riding, hiking, to tough mudder…
How do Saints Southwest choose their yearly charity?
Charities are chosen on how the money raised can impact the young people and families we work with across the South West the best, or if we get approached by a staff member, someone we work with or a parent/guardian of a child from one of our programmes has a particular charity close to home they'd like us to support.
As the leading Coaching & Education services organisation in the South West renowned for developing sustainable, strong and fruitful relationships with all local communities, having the right workforce in place is crucial to our success.
Employment can take place when a person has the correct academic qualifications and personal attributes to represent Saints Southwest within one of many roles.
A Postgraduate or an extension of the apprenticeship programme, Saints Southwest Internship gives people more time to fine-tune their industry and role-specific knowledge.
An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave.
A prerequisite to the apprenticeship programme, a Saints Southwest Traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement.
POST 16 EDUCATION
A 2 to 3-year full-time education programme alongside playing football and learning how to
coach. This programme is either hosted in house or managed externally based on location and education needs.
Open to everyone 14 years old and above. Work Experience placements are bespoke to the needs and aspirations of the individual, in which the short-medium term objectives are mutually agreed.
