IMPACT Coaching is founded by Jess Wiggins.

Jess is a qualified Coach & Group Coaching Facilitator. She is also former Deputy Head of a successful law firm & brings over 15 years’ Leadership & Management experience to her work with clients. Jess is hugely passionate about using business to drive positive impact & about supporting other CEOs & Leaders to do the same. It was this passion that led Jess to leave her successful career in law to found IMPACT Coaching.
