Welcome to FiTKick, the ultimate weight loss football and support programme designed specifically for adult men looking to shed those extra pounds and enhance their overall health. All participants have to have a BMI of 27.50 or over to sign up.

FiTKICK is a unique programme designed for adult men who want to achieve their weight loss goals, enhance their well-being, and relish the thrill of small-sided football.

Gone are the days of monotonous workouts and solitary exercise routines. FitKICK embraces a light-hearted approach to fitness, recognising that laughter and camaraderie contribute significantly to overall health and happiness. Incorporating small-sided football into our programme offers an exciting avenue to engage in physical activity while fostering social connections with like-minded individuals.

SIGN UP 

Enrol in the FitKick program today and take your first stride towards reaching your health ambitions with a confident step in the right direction.

SET YOUR PERSONAL GOALS

Empower yourself by setting tailored health goals that pave the way for your journey to wellness and vitality.

WEIGHT IN EACH WEEK

Prior to every match, step onto the scales for your weigh-in to monitor your progress.

PLAY FOOTBALL

Points are earned through shedding pounds and banging in goals on the pitch.

MANAGE DIET

Stay on course with your fitness journey by diligently logging the calories outlined by your FiTKick Fitness Coach.

6 WEEK FiTKICK PROGRAMME(starting 14th June)

£48.00 Block (if you join mid-block, this will be reduced)
