It’s been designed to set the standards, expectations, and culture that define how we work – right from day one. You’ll be guided through a structured journey covering everything you need to know before delivering or supporting any of our services. From submitting your essential information and setting up systems, to understanding safeguarding, behaviour expectations, and how we deliver a high-quality experience across schools, communities, and football programmes – it’s all here. By the end of the course, you’ll: - Understand exactly who we are and what we stand for - Know the systems and processes you’ll use daily - Be clear on your role, your responsibilities, and what “good” looks like - Complete all necessary forms, uploads, and agreements to begin work - Be ready to deliver with confidence, consistency, and professionalism - We don’t do half measures.
