What is 1 to 1 Football Coaching?


1 to 1 Football coaching allows the player and coach to form a unique understanding of what is needed to progress to the next level within the players' development.

What ages do you cater for?


All 1 to 1 coaching session cater for all people from aged 5 years old to adults wanting to improve and develop their game.




What are the key areas you tend to focus on?


After a individualised consulation we will ensure we plan each session around the players developmental aspirations. Here are some of the most frequent areas. Key areas; - Skill Development e.g. Ball Mastery - Social & Psychological Confidence - Fitness; Strength and Conditioning/Endurance, Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) - Position specific, e.g. Goalkeeping - Match Analysis (to develop knowledge and understanding)




What are 1 to 1fitness sessions?


A unique opportunity to develop all areas of fitness on a 1 to 1 level. *Available on a virtual platform also.




How old do you have to be to take part in the 1 to 1 Fitness sessions?


Everyone over the age of 9 years old can access our 1 to 1 fitness session. All sessions and training programmes are age appropriate.

What are Virtual Coaching Sessions?


A unique opportunity to utilise modern and web-based technology. Following an initial consultation, our coaches can design and tailor a specific 1 to 1 training via an online regime which will enable the player to develop and improve under professional guidance.
