Saints Southwest Residential Camps run only once or twice per year in prestigious locations in the South West of England. These camps give keen footballers from the age of 9-15 years old the chance to literally eat, sleep, breath and live football for a whole week! These week long residential camps gives young footballers an exciting opportunity to be coached and trained by Official Saints Southwest staff who are FA and UEFA qualified coaches, working through a structured training regime. As well as learning and improving technical skills and furthering game understanding, players will be provided with top class nutritional meals and gain advice on leading a healthy lifestyle. A full evening entertainment programme will also be provided.

Each player on the residential camp will receive a full training kit (ordered on booking) and induction pack. Players will arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on the following Friday.

Our next Holiday Courses are now available to book online.

My son, Charlie, has attended many soccer schools and has never yet come home without a beaming smile on his face. He loves them. You provide a fun, purposeful day where he plays for enjoyment with his old friends and makes new friends who share his passion! The coaches are patient, encouraging, skilful and welcoming and it’s great to see that they remember so many children and greet them personally. Their demeanour and manner shows that they enjoy interacting with the children who then respond well as their behaviour is excellent. I’ve never heard the coaches having to raise their voices to keep control; the children are so engaged they don’t need to.

Charlie loves showing off new tricks he has come home with, and he has been particularly proud of being the crossbar champion. I love going to watch the matches in the afternoon and they are clearly carefully organised, not necessarily by age but into groups where every child can experience success at a level that suits their maturity and skill. Each child is involved and smiling.

On a more functional nature I have to say that the price is incredible value for money and that nothing seems too much trouble whether it be keeping a child engaged while I drive to get his forgotten boots(!) or seamlessly incorporating a 1-2-1 session so that my son could develop his skills from his Development Centre report. The Saint of the Day certificates and the gift at the end are a lovely finishing touch. Thank you to all who help make these days happen and run so smoothly; Niall, Jordan, Jake and Mike to name but a few. The only complaint Charlie has is that you don’t run them every single day of the holidays in Newton Abbot as, I can assure you, he’d be there!
